Lead Dental Assistant
Our Lead Dental Assistant will support the dentist during procedures, assist in managing the dental assistant team, ensure clinical compliance, and maintain a smooth workflow throughout the clinic.
Schedule Monday through Thursday (7am to 5pm)
What You'll Do
Lead, support, and train our team of dental assistants
Ensure smooth clinical operations and patient flow
Assist dentists during a variety of procedures (including implants, crowns, OS, fillings, RCT)
Sterilize instruments and exam rooms
Manage inventory and supply ordering
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a dental assistant (including implants, crowns, CS, fillings, RCT) required
Dental assistant and X‑ray certification required
Previous lead experience highly preferred
