Lead Dental Assistant
Our
Lead Dental Assistant
will support the dentist during procedures, assist in managing the dental assistant team, ensure clinical compliance, and maintain a smooth workflow throughout the clinic.
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday (7am to 5pm)
What You’ll Do
Lead, support, and train our team of dental assistants
Ensure smooth clinical operations and patient flow
Assist dentists during a variety of procedures (including Implants, Crowns, OS, Fillings, RCT)
Sterilize instruments exam rooms
Manage inventory and supply ordering
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a dental assistant (including Implants, Crowns, CS, Filings, RCT) required
Dental Assistant and X-Ray certification required
Previous lead experience is highly preferred
