Job Title:
Grounds & Maintenance Technician Location:
Greenville, SC Pay Rate:
$17.24/hour Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Operate vehicles and equipment including pickup trucks, utility vehicles (UTVs), backpack blowers, and pressure‑washing equipment.
Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles; remove litter and general debris.
Assist with event setup and cleanup as needed.
Identify, remove, and report potential safety hazards.
Support operations during inclement weather conditions, including snow/ice removal and maintaining clear roads and walkways.
Participate in on‑call availability as required.
Required Qualifications
Ability to safely operate light‑duty vehicles and equipment.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently or on a team.
