$15,000 Sign‑On Bonus for Day Shift with a 2‑year commitment

Schedule:

3 × 12‑hour shifts, Day Shift, Holidays and Weekends Required

About Our Team Join our team in a 12‑bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Staffed with RNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), our ICU operates with a 1:2 nurse‑to‑patient ratio. We offer Telehealth intensivists for immediate support and manage a diverse range of diagnoses including respiratory failure, cardiovascular disease, sepsis, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). This position provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, critical thinking, and compassionate care are paramount.

How You’ll Contribute

Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.

Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.

Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age.

Perform timely and appropriate documentation in the medical record.

Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

Conduct timely and accurate QI assessments.

Qualifications Applicants should have a current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of North Carolina or from a compact state. Additional requirements:

AHA Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.

AHA ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire.

One year of experience preferred.

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
