About the Position Job Title: Nuclear Medicine TechnologistProfession: Radiology / CardiologySpecialty: Nuclear Medicine TechDuration: 13 weeksShift: Day 5x8-HourHours per Shift: 08:00 - 17:00Experience: Previous charge experience preferredLicense: Valid state license requiredCertifications: All required certifications must be in hand when applyingMust-Have: CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention Institute requiredDescription: Licensed Nuclear Medicine Technologist required. No CT certification is needed.Research PET scans are performed using various investigational ligands.Scheduling is limited based on isotope availability. RTO must be included in the initial submission. No RTO is permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment. Ensure all requested days off are confirmed for the entire contract duration.Traveler must confirm RTO when applying.Compliance with COVID-19 vaccine and booster requirements is mandatory. Flu vaccine is also required. Experience with EPIC must be noted in work history. Two supervisor references are required. Local candidates are accepted at the same rates. Travelers must be comfortable with a possible interview by the manager. Modules are completed pre-start and annually, and durations vary by specialty. All RTO must be on the submission and cannot be changed once sent for review. All submissions are subject to compliance standards, including no background hits accepted. A maximum of 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract is preferred. Crisis Prevention Institute certifications must be current and in hand when applying. Specific patient care details and interdisciplinary support may vary.
