Position
Medtech – Full‑time (including every other weekend). About Us
We create a warm, supportive environment where seniors thrive and feel truly at home. Our team is dedicated to personalized care with compassion, empathy, and respect for each resident’s unique needs and preferences. Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting). Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with meal preparation and feeding. Help residents with mobility and transferring as needed. Monitor and document changes in residents’ health and behavior. Collaborate with other team members to ensure residents’ needs are met. Manage medication. Qualifications
Prior experience as a caregiver and Medtech required. Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in seniors’ lives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions. Willingness to learn and adapt to residents’ needs. Medication management required. Must pass a full background check.
