IMMEDIATE HIRE POSITION-We are looking for an experienced 1st shift CNC Mill LEAD.
Responsibilities
Read setup sheets
Set up tools
Build fixtures
Make first articles
Check/log dimensions
Run parts on Haas CNC mills, 5 axis only
Solid knowledge of GD&T
Manage machine operators
Scheduling of operators
Order Tools
Planning
At least 5 years experience with setting up & operating Haas Mills
Must be able to set up manual knee mills for drill/tap & reaming applications
Industries served are automotive, aerospace, military & commercial.
