Heavy Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Overnights)
Base Pay Range : $35.00/hr – $37.00/hr
Sign‑On Bonus : $5,000 sign‑on and a monthly bonus of approximately $200 (ESOP).
Primary Duties :
Diagnose and repair heavy industrial machinery.
Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs.
Support pipe fitting, steam systems, and furnace equipment.
Engage in welding, machining, and fabrication as required.
Conduct rigging and machine alignment (belt and pulley drives).
Carry out preventive maintenance tasks and inspections.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO).
Qualifications :
Experience in heavy industrial maintenance, such as rollers, slitters, coilers, furnaces, boilers, etc.
Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
Background in preventive maintenance.
Ability to work safely in high‑noise, dusty, elevated, and fast‑paced environments.
Proficient at reading blueprints and schematics.
