Part-Time Mobile Speech Pathologist
Neurological, TBI, CVA Care | Speech, Language & Dysphagia
We're looking for a thoughtful, skilled speech pathologist to join our mobile practice serving adults with degenerative neurological conditions, traumatic brain injury, and post-CVA needs. This role focuses on speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy delivered where clients live and heal.
This is a part-time position with a clear pathway to full-time for the right clinician.
WHO YOU ARE
You practice with empathy, curiosity, and clinical humility
You think critically and adapt treatment rather than running protocols on autopilot
You stay current with evidence-based treatment for neurological speech, language, and dysphagia disorders
You're comfortable working independently in the community, but value collaboration and feedback
You genuinely care about quality of life, not just checkboxes and billing units
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide mobile speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy
Work with adults across progressive neurological disease, TBI, and post-stroke recovery
Assess, treat, educate, and collaborate with clients, families, and care teams
Contribute clinical insight and curiosity to a practice that values thinking clinicians
WHAT WE OFFER
Part-time schedule with flexibility and room to grow into full-time
Strong camaraderie—you are not siloed or left to figure it out alone
Built-in mentoring and clinical discussion, especially for complex cases
A practice culture that values depth, ethics, and professional growth
Support without micromanagement
REQUIREMENTS
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC
Solid foundation and current competence in adult neuro and dysphagia care
Comfort with mobile/community-based service delivery
