Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in mental health field, three years of relevant experience, and active licensure. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, independence, and teamwork ability.
Responsibilities encompass providing individual, family, and group therapy, developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and managing cases. The role involves participating in team meetings, maintaining documentation, advocating for clients, and supervising interns if applicable. The clinician serves as a liaison with external organizations, upholds confidentiality, and participates in ongoing professional development.
