Summary
This CNA opportunity is full time with a 36 hour per week schedule, offering full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule. We are looking for a dynamic CNA to provide safe, competent nursing assistant care for our patients and to support the healthcare team. Patient‑centered care will be the foundation of all nursing care, demonstrating Service Excellence standards at all times. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited CNA program Current Nevada CNA license Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate Responsibilities
Completes bedside shift report in the room at the beginning and end of each shift and ensures the patient is provided with the names and contact numbers for members of the care team on the communication board every shift. Meets with the supervising RN at the beginning of each shift to receive task delegation. Involves the patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population‑specific, and diversity needs in care. Follows facility policies and procedures to promote patient safety (e.g., safe environment, equipment safety practices, radiation safety, fire prevention). Adheres to fall precautions by performing/assisting patients with toileting/ADL care and never leaving the patient alone; if assistance is needed, the CNA is able to call or help while remaining with the patient.
