Description FirstChoice is Trinity Health’s mobile staffing solution. RNs fill short‑and‑long‑term assignments throughout the health system, offering nurses a dynamic, high‑pay, travel opportunity.
Employment Type Part time
Shift Night (7 p.m.‑7:30 a.m.)
What you will do
Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions.
Apply professional practice elements: assess, outcomes identification/solutions, plan, implement, evaluate.
Act independently within license scope and practice area.
Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement practices.
Display agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
18 months of recent clinical experience in Med Surg, Tele, or PCU.
2 years of recent clinical experience for specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, and Behavioral Health.
Required credentials per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be obtained through the American Heart Association.
