Shift Nights (12 hours, 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.)
What you will do:
Qualify and float throughout the hospital and/or across multiple locations and regions
Incorporate and demonstrate standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Identify / Plan, Implement, Evaluate
Act independently within license, scope, and experience
Retain accountability for delegation, decisions, outcomes
Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality improvement
Show agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities
Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice
Minimum of 18 months recent clinical experience in Med Surg, Tele, PCU
Minimum 2 years recent experience in other specialties (Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health)
Required credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, BLS, ACLS, PALS)
