Your Role
Manage all aspects of a case from intake to discharge, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
Maintain a caseload of clients, providing individualized care.
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment as needed.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, clinicians, and other community resources.
Identify and address barriers to treatment and recovery.
Meet with family members to offer education and support.
Adhere to company policies and uphold a high standard of patient care.
Qualifications
Master’s degree preferred.
Prior experience treating substance abuse disorders.
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
Required Ohio licensure: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
