LSW / LPC:

$55,000 - $68,000 annually

LISW / LPCC:

$65,000 - $75,000 annually

Position Summary: Unison Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Substance Use Therapist to join our treatment team. In this role, you will provide chemical dependency treatment, case management services, and support clients in their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

Provide direct mental health and substance use disorder services to clients as appropriate per licensure

Document client and program activities accurately

Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients’ recovery

Education & Experience Requirements

Minimum of 6 months’ experience working with adults with mental health and substance use disorders

LCDCII or dual licensure as PC or LSW required

Experience in residential, MAT, or detoxification settings preferred
