We are seeking full-time
Office "Acceptance" Agents
at our Denver International Airport (DEN) location. The
Office Acceptance Agent
will deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring strict compliance with safety and security protocols during cargo handling. Core duties include documentation, accurate data entry, and effective communication with external customers. The role requires collecting import and delivering export documents to and from aircraft, maintaining compliance with DOT, TSA, FAA, and other regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
Comply with FAA, Airport, TSA, CBP, USDA, and Air General safety and security procedures and report discrepancies. Handle phone calls professionally, accept dangerous goods per FAA and IATA DGR guidelines, and review all documentation supporting a flight arrival/departure. Release import international freight after reviewing CBP clearances and authorizations, collecting air freight charges, and preparing freight transfer manifests. Monitor multiple email accounts and respond to customer inquiries. Provide customers with information concerning the status of shipments. Reconcile Master and House air waybills against ACE Customs systems. Handle, prepare, and manifest export flights for multiple carriers/cities. Verify booking details and request corrections where applicable. Prepare transfer manifests and notify accordingly for multiple carriers/cities. Transmit customs for numerous airlines. Send arrival notices for international inbound shipments. Work independently and with a team to solve problems and handle additional station requests. Requirements
High school diploma or GED required. Valid airport SIDA badge. Minimum age 18. Valid and unexpired U.S. driver’s license. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office. Clear understanding and communication in English. Pass all pre‑employment screenings, background checks, airport/government security checks, Custom Security Seal, and post‑offer drug screens. Availability for varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to handle stress in a fast‑paced, high‑noise environment and meet deadlines. Some travel may be required for airline‑specific training. Benefits Offered
