Location : Multiple Locations
Pay : $200–$240 per day (based on experience)
Schedule : 2-for-1 rotation
What You’ll Do Deckhands perform essential physical labor aboard vessels and barges in all weather conditions.
Daily responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Making and breaking tow
Securing boats and barges
Line handling and rigging
Standing lookout watches
General vessel upkeep (cleaning, cooking, painting, chipping)
Minor engine room tasks (oil changes, greasing, filter changes)
Additional duties as directed by the Captain or Mate

Experience: Prior push boat experience highly preferred
Requirements:
TWIC card (must maintain)
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Minimum age: 18
Ability to work holidays/weekends and adapt to changing schedules
Physical Ability:
Lift up to 100 lbs.
Climb ladders, work on uneven surfaces, and in all weather conditions
Comfortable working aboard boats and barges
Additional Details
Must pass pre‑employment drug screen, physical, and background check
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
