Licensed Master Social Worker – Outpatient Behavioral Health
Full‑time day shift position at St. Joseph's Health, Primary Care Center West, 321 Gifford St, Syracuse, NY. Hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with flexibility up to 8:00 pm.
Responsibilities
Provide therapy services to adults and children/adolescents in an integrated setting within Primary Care Centers, coordinating referrals and collaborating with primary‑care practitioners.
Offer training and supervision to interns and other mental‑health staff as delegated.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate school of social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental‑health counseling.
Licensed to practice as an LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC through the State of New York.
Experience
Experience working with children and youth is strongly preferred.
Location
Primary Care Center West, 321 Gifford St, Syracuse, NY.
Pay Range $30.00 – $43.50 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
