HRSA Site We are a HRSA site. There is loan forgiveness opportunity for Licensed Clinical Social Workers.

Position Summary Provide therapy services to adults and children/adolescents in an integrated setting within our Primary Care Centers, involving referrals and collaboration with primary care practitioners. Provides training and supervision to interns and other mental health staff as delegated.

Education, Training, Experience, Certification and Licensure

Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate school of social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling.

Licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) OR Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) OR Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) through the State of New York.

Work Environment and Hazards Clinical setting, exposure Class I, routine or potential exposure to blood, body fluids, excretions or secretions.

Physical Demands Medium work: standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.

Work Contact Group All services, employees, medical staff, patients, visitors, vendors, various regulatory and professional agencies.

Supervisor Manager and Coordinator

Pay Range $30.00 - $43.50 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
