Role Description This full-time and/or Part-time onsite Physical Therapist role in Lancaster, CA is ideal for someone who loves being in the clinic, building real relationships with patients, and seeing progress up close. You will perform initial evaluations, design and progress individualized treatment plans, and work closely with a supportive team of aides and administrative staff. Day to day, you will help patients improve mobility, restore function, and reduce pain using a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education. You will also collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed and play an active role in shaping the clinic's standard of care.

Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Physical Therapy and musculoskeletal medicine

Ability to lead with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a consistent positive attitude

Strong skills in rehabilitation and patient care with a passion for high-quality, individualized treatment

Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Valid California state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with a diverse patient population and a collaborative clinical team

Familiarity with WebPT or ability to learn quickly

Compensation

Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $180,000 commensurate with experience and skills
