Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments, functional limitations, and movement disorders. This role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing hands‑on therapy, educating patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is patient‑focused, clinically skilled, and passionate about helping individuals restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients to determine functional limitations, physical impairments, and rehabilitation needs

Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals

Provide skilled manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long‑term wellness

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress

Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff as appropriate

Ensure compliance with state regulations, clinical guidelines, and facility policies

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment

Qualifications

Current state license as a Physical Therapist (required)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)

Strong clinical reasoning and decision‑making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to create a positive, motivating, and patient‑centered environment

Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced clinical setting
