Liberty Healthcare is now accepting applications for a full-time Clinician position with our organization’s forensic mental health program in San Bernardino County.
This program exclusively serves adult inmates who are justice involved and actively experiencing mental illness. Services are provided onsite at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga.
Program objectives include facilitating early access to mental health assessment and treatment as well as providing effective competency training and restoration services.
As a Clinician with Liberty, you enjoy an array of responsibilities, including:
Providing mental health services to program clients one‑to‑one and in‑person
Performing psychosocial evaluations
Providing cognitive‑behavioral treatment, psychoeducation and crisis intervention
Documenting treatment and client progress
Participating in clinical team meetings
Taking a leadership role in individual treatment team planning
Consulting and collaborating with clinical, ancillary and security staff
Helping to ensure program clients receive high quality mental health services
As a full‑time employee of Liberty Healthcare in this role, you can expect:
Starting salary between $85,000 and $95,000 (depending on qualifications)

The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and requires you to work onsite in‑person at the West Valley Detention Center.
You are a good fit for this position if you are licensed professionally as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
Clinicians who are currently licensed as an ACSW or AMFT and anticipating obtaining licensure in the near future are encouraged to apply.
