Qualifications & Requirements
CNA, HHA, or DC certification (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of two years of professional caregiving experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
Current TB Test (2‑step PPD, Chest X‑ray, or Quantiferon Blood Work)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proof of vaccination required for all applicants
Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support, facilitating daily activities and ensuring resident safety and well‑being. This includes assistance with toileting, eating, and hydration, monitoring medical health, and providing written and verbal reports to families.
Maintain professional communication with families, colleagues, and office staff.
Apply compliance knowledge, demonstrating understanding of all aspects of resident care and state resident rights.
