Qualifications & Requirements



CNA, HHA, or DC certification

(or equivalent experience)



Minimum of two years of professional caregiving experience



Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation



Current TB Test

(2‑step PPD, Chest X‑ray, or Quantiferon Blood Work)



Strong interpersonal and communication skills



Ability to provide proof of vaccination



Competitive pay based on experience ($15 /hour to $18 /hour depending on qualification, experience and type of shift)

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support

Support daily activities – Ensure residents’ safety and well‑being by facilitating social interactions, therapeutic conversations, and secure environments. Prompt toileting, eating, and liquid needs. Observe medical health and responses. Provide written and verbal reports to families. Assist with exercise as needed.

Experience in Dementia care a plus.

Maintain professional communication

with families, colleagues, and office staff.

Apply compliance knowledge

– Demonstrate knowledge of all aspects of resident care, using a sensitive approach and knowledge of all state resident rights.
