We are looking for Commercial Refrigeration Service Technicians that not only have the skills, but the drive to succeed in a fast‑paced work environment. We are looking for technicians that want to keep learning, that want to grow, that take pride in their work and go the extra mile for their customers.
Job Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, parallel rack systems, etc.)
Preferred experience with CO₂ refrigeration rack systems, including hands‑on work with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of transcritical and subcritical systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Perform routine preventative maintenance and system checks
Handle refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals
Replace or repair compressors, motors, fans, and other key components
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Respond to emergency service calls as needed
Qualifications
EPA Universal Certification required.
Basic knowledge of commercial HVAC/refrigeration systems.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; extensive driving is a key part of the role.
Technicians are expected to supply their own standard hand tools.
Ability to complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Strong communication skills with clients, team members, and management.
Able to work under pressure in fast‑paced or high‑stress environments.
Self‑starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Overtime may be required based on workload
Participation in an on‑call rotation following the training period
