" The Rooms Controller is responsible for managing and monitoring room assignments and inventory to ensure optimal utilization and guest satisfaction. This role will work closely with the Front Office team and assist the Contact Centre to coordinate room availability, special requests, and operational needs. The Rooms Controller will be stationed in the office throughout the day to oversee room control processes and provide timely updates. Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily room inventory and ensure accurate room assignments based on guest preferences, special requests, and operational requirements. and oversea within 3 months ahead. Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and Contact Centre to manage room status and availability. Handle pre-arrival room blocking for VIP guests, groups, and special occasions. Update and maintain room control systems to reflect real-time changes in occupancy and availability. Assist Contact Centre with room-related inquiries and support reservation adjustments when necessary. Communicate effectively with relevant departments to resolve room assignment issues promptly. Ensure compliance with hotel standards and procedures for room allocation and guest satisfaction. Prepare daily reports on room status, occupancy, and any discrepancies. Qualifications:

Previous experience in Front Office operations or reservations is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. Work Schedule:
