Responsibilities
Arrange vehicle financing options for customers, sell after-market products, and more.
Seek and maintain good working relationships with lending institutions.
Meet dealership sales goals.
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index score.
Requirements
At least 2 years of automotive F&I experience.
Strong closer, fully versed in leasing and special finance.
Experienced with state law requirements including registrations, tag, tax, and title paperwork.
High ethical standards and pays attention to details.
Excellent customer service, communication, and decision‑making skills.
Computer proficient, a good work ethic, and professional appearance.
Able to prioritize tasks and good time management skills.
