What You Will Do
Operations and maintenance of complex software and hardware systems.
Report and document anomalous performance and interact with other team members to perform corrective actions.
Cross-train in other assigned areas and assist with the training of other personnel on the contract team.
Support test and/or operational activities as necessary.
Work in elevated heights.
Lift 50 lbs. safely.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
Experience in SATCOM, IT Systems and/or RF test equipment.
Experience assigning tasks to technical objectives.
Experience in problem solving in time-critical situations.
An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications We Prefer
Troubleshooting methodologies for diagnosing system problems.
Experience training a wide range of learning techniques and styles.
Proficient use of Windows and Linux platforms.
Microsoft Office Suite.

Competitive salary range: 75,800 USD - 144,200 USD (good faith estimate with factors considered).
