POSITION DESCRIPTION As the Electrical Remodel Foreman, you will lead and oversee electrical remodeling projects from concept to completion. Your leadership will guide a team of electricians, ensuring the highest quality of work, adherence to safety standards, and timely project delivery. You'll be instrumental in maintaining client relationships and mentoring your team to achieve excellence.

COMPENSATION

Hourly wage is set between $34.00 and $42.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians on remodeling projects.

Assist in planning and layout of electrical installations, ensuring all work meets local codes and safety regulations.

Inspect work to ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications.

Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to provide updates and resolve issues.

Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Maintain documentation for project progress and compliance.

Monday Through Friday

Possible overtime based on project needs

Requirements

Valid Electrician's License or Certification

High School Diploma or Equivalent

5+ years of experience in electrical work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Deep knowledge of electrical codes and remodeling practices

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and teams
