Job Details
RN Cath Lab position at Dallas Regional Medical Center, part of Prime Healthcare Foundation, Inc.
Requires RN with Interventional Radiology (IR) experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty.
Charting system used: Epic.
Scrubs: Any color, hospital provides them.
Job Requirements
RN Licenses/Certifications – ACLS & Bli>
Nursys Report within 30 days.
Must pass Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam with 80% or higher.
Must pass Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening with 80% or higher.
Driver's License/State ID or Passport required.
Prime OIG clearance required.
Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test) within 60 days of start, including THC.
Prime Color-blind test, updated annually.
Prime Agency Attestation required.
Prime SAM/EPLS search for excluded individuals required.
Prime Resume up to date at time of offer acceptance.
Two references required, one from a manager or direct supervisor.
COVID-19 Vaccine: 2 vaccines and booster required or declination completed.
MMR: Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity.
Annual Respirator Fit Test required.
Hepatitis B vaccination required (declinations not accepted at some locations).
Influenza Vaccine or declination required for specified period.
TB Test within one year of start date.
Varicella vaccination or titer showing immunity.
Tdap vaccination required (declinations not accepted at some locations).
National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date (with some state exceptions).
Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification) required.
Must score 80% or higher on Prime Core Competencies Exam, Prime Skills Checklist, and Prime Specialty Exam.
Schedule Information
Shift: Days, 0630 to 3 PM, flexible schedule.
On-Call requirement: Yes – Rotating call (12-15 days per month & every other weekend).
On-call schedule may vary per unit needs.
Workweek: 5 days x 8 hours.
Additional Details
Resume and references required at time of offer acceptance.
Name Verification Affidavit optional for name discrepancies.
Declinations for certain vaccines not accepted at specific locations.
Fit testing must be completed prior to start if not available onsite.
