Use various testing equipment such as pressure calibrators and gauges to test process control instrumentation in a light industrial setting. Determines if the instruments are still functioning properly within the manufacturers’ specifications.
CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Test process control instrumentation to required specs to ensure proper functionality. Determines if the instruments are still functioning properly within the manufacturers’ specifications. Proper handling of materials so as not to damage them per our training procedures. Utilize automated inventory control system Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
High school degree or equivalent required Ability to learn proprietary software Knowledge of process controls and instrumentation Experience with testing apparatus. INTER-RELATIONSHIPS
Constant contact with the testing lead Work with the warehouse manager Work with the teardown supervisor Work with processing personnel NEEDED ATTRIBUTES
Excellent human relations skills Ability to accurately follow verbal and written instructions Ability to work independently as well as in a team Mechanical aptitude Willingness to continually learn Detail oriented Extremely dependable Self-motivated High energy and sense of urgency WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
