Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM Pay Rate:
$26.00 - $30.00 (Will not pay any higher than $30.00 - unless candidate is a super star) Must pass drug screen, background and DMV Driving Record. Once hired may be assigned as a designated driver. Qualifications: Considerable experience in one more of the following areas
Electrical
Electronics
Machine tool rebuilding
Hydraulics
Plumbing
Manual and CNC machine repair
HVAC, refrigeration and pneumatic systems
Preventive maintenance procedures
Understanding of drawings, diagrams, blueprints and schematics
Job Description
Checks oil, coolant, cutting oil, acetone, kerosene, batteries, fan motors, and air filters on machines and replaces or refills as required.
Checks fluorescent lights, air conditioning evaporators and condenser and replaces as required.
Cleans fans, fan covers, air filters, vacuum system, oil pans, and radiators.
Greases and lubricates machines.
Follows oral or written instructions and Preventive Maintenance Schedule to repair and maintain machinery and facilities.
Assists Maintenance Mechanics in maintaining, moving, leveling, cleaning, and painting production machinery, as needed.
Performs basic machine care, maintenance and housekeeping.
