Our
Senior Financial Analyst
plays a critical role in driving financial performance, operational insight, and strategic decision-making within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership to deliver accurate financial analysis, cost control, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives that support business objectives and regulatory requirements.

What will you do? Financial Analysis & Reporting
Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, including variance analysis for material, labor, overhead, and inventory
Develop detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Provide timely, accurate reporting to leadership with clear insights and recommendations
Support month-end close activities and ensure financial data integrity
Manufacturing Cost & Operations Support
Analyze standard costing, product costing, and work-in-process (WIP) in a complex manufacturing environment
Partner with Operations to evaluate productivity, capacity utilization, scrap, rework, and yield
Support make/buy, capital investment, and pricing decisions
Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance standards
Budgeting, Forecasting & Compliance
Lead or support annual budget and rolling forecast processes
Monitor performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities
Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, internal controls, and government or customer requirements (e.g., FAR/DFARS preferred)
Support audits and external reporting requirements as needed
Business Partnering & Continuous Improvement
Serve as a trusted financial partner to cross-functional teams
Translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
Identify process improvements and efficiencies within financial and operational workflows
Support Oraclesystem enhancements, reporting tools, and data accuracy initiatives
What will make you a successful candidate?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
5-10years of progressive financial analysis experience in
manufacturing , preferably
aerospace
Strong experience with cost accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing financial metrics
Advanced Excel skills; strong financial modeling capabilities
Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience
Knowledge of government contracts, FAR/DFARS, or cost-plus pricing
CPA, CMA, or MBA
Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations
