GSE Mechanic

Menzies Aviation LATAM . This role is responsible for safe and efficient repair of airport service vehicles at Baltimore International Airport – BWI.
Responsibilities
Inspect and identify defective or broken parts on vehicles, including gas/diesel engines, hydraulic, electrical, fueling, and mechanical systems.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual quality control checks on refueling equipment and maintain maintenance records.
Drive and operate refueling equipment vehicles.
Provide preventative care and timely repairs to support aircraft services team.
Maintain a safe and secure work environment in accordance with local health, safety, and security policies.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational background.
3 to 5 years of mechanical experience working on airport service vehicles.
Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.
Available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
Must obtain and maintain required airport and custom badges/seals.
Compensation & Benefits Rate of Pay: $24.00 an hour. Shift schedule: open availability mornings and evenings. Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday. Training schedule: 7:00am – 3:30pm.
