Role Summary As an emerging
Field Engineer , you’ll join our collaborative team to provide award‑winning engineering, construction management, and design‑build project delivery. You will be accountable for interacting with construction sites, clients, and management to support the planning and technical portion of the project.
Responsibilities
Interact with construction sites, clients, and management to support planning and technical aspects of projects.
Multi‑task, communicate effectively, and tackle project challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
Partner with mentors and team members to grow professionally and contribute to project success.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience working in heavy construction.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute innovative ideas.
Displayed ability to learn quickly and drive to broaden knowledge base.
Ability to work effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams.
Passion for buildings and construction.
Data center experience.
