Property Accountant
to support accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and month‑end close for
10–15 properties . This role partners closely with Property Management and Asset Management to ensure GAAP compliance and provide insight into property performance.
Key Responsibilities
Month‑end/year‑end close support
Journal entries + GL accuracy
Audit support and reporting/analysis
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
3+ years of experience preferred
Excel (intermediate–advanced)
Strong communication and analytical skills
