Your Role
Perform routine and preventive maintenance, including oil changes, tire services, brake inspections, and fluid checks
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across a diverse fleet
Replace worn or damaged components such as belts, hoses, filters, and suspension parts
Conduct thorough safety inspections to ensure vehicle reliability and compliance
Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services
Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
Work collaboratively with the team to minimize downtime and maximize fleet performance
Qualifications
Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic (fleet experience is a plus)
Strong knowledge of diagnostics, repair procedures, and maintenance best practices
Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and automotive equipment
High attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license
Reliable, motivated, and positive attitude
