In this role, you will:
Deliver meaningful financial insights and analysis to support leadership decision‑making
Enhance accounting processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls
Analyze financial results and identify opportunities for cost management and performance improvement
Monitor financial activity to reduce reporting risk and ensure regulatory and policy compliance
Research and apply accounting guidance to support accurate reporting and disclosures
Prepare and maintain general ledger activity, reconciliations, and journal entries for monthly close
Ensure expenses and transactions align with company policies and authorization requirements
Support external reporting, documentation standards, and internal information requests
Contribute to team flexibility through cross‑training and collaborative coverage
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience
Working knowledge of Fixed Assets accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and asset reconciliation
Experience supporting capital projects, including cost tracking and proper accounting treatment
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
Comfortable working in a fully onsite, collaborative environment
