What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage Accounts Payable activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices Communicate with vendors and employees to resolve discrepancies related to payments and purchase orders Lead initiatives to enhance Accounts Payable processes, driving efficiency and accuracy Deliver monthly performance metrics and insights to management on Accounts Payable operations Participate in monthly close activities and perform reconciliations in collaboration with the Accounting team What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Minimum of 7 years of experience in a finance environment, with at least 5 years in Accounts Payable Proficient in Microsoft Office products Strong communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and team members Proven ability to lead and develop a team How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Medius Accounts Payable Automation Management experience working with multiple entities and countries Familiarity with 1099 reporting requirements and sales tax audits We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
