Overview Under supervision, responsible for product cost oversight, operations income statement detail, and inventory analysis. Prepares all related reporting information. Performs financial analysis and participates in special projects, as required.
Responsibilities Key Accountabilities
Analyze and prepare reporting package for the Manufacturing department.
Analyze product costing results and variances to standard cost.
Participate in the preparation of the annual budgets for the Manufacturing department.
Interpret financial operating results and make recommendations for cost reduction and profit improvement.
Provide reliable data and continuously enhance the quality of information and team responsiveness to changing business needs.
Secondary Functions
Specialist projects as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.

Report to Senior finance staff.
Interact with Production line staff & managers.
Skills & Capabilities
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
Experience
Minimum of three years’ experience in cost accounting, FP&A, or a related function.
Experience with product cost/cost accounting activities.
Experience with SAP preferred.
Additional Skills / Knowledge
Working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.
Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in English required.
Travel Requirements
Up to 5% of time.
