About the Role The Line Technician maintains all equipment within the assigned department to achieve required production levels under minimal supervision. Note: This position is for 2nd Shift. Hours: Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm. What You’ll Do Assist with equipment setups, adjustments, and installations using precision measuring instruments. Perform tasks and preventative maintenance on machinery with medium electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Read and understand mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and programmable logical control boards. Accurately perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery as established per PM programs. Inform supervisor of problems and equipment not operating properly. Maintain good housekeeping and follow established safety procedures. Follow all Company guidelines stated in the Associate Handbook and Safety Manual. Report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel. Additional Expectations Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies of Kingspan Group. Adhere to product compliance policies, laws, regulations, and market demands. Achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System. Raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to supervisor, manager, or leadership. What You’ll Bring Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Some technical or trade school preferred. Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude. 1-2 years of manufacturing/production experience, preferably with industrial machinery. Prior experience in troubleshooting and minor maintenance on machinery required. Computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office. Work in fast‑paced environment with accuracy and integrity. Team‑environment and interface with diverse workforce. Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
