Summary The Operations Management Trainee will support the shop management process and assist in cost savings, customer retention, and metric-based initiatives. The trainee works cross-functionally across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental Management. This fast-paced program touches every aspect of the business unit and equips you with industry knowledge, skills, and resources to develop your operations and fleet maintenance background. We allow you to carve out your own career path and promote from within based on performance. The ideal progression path is Operations Supervisor.

Education : Completed 4-year college degree required.
Location : Fresno, CA
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 2:00am to 10:30pm (subject to change during program)
Compensation : Paid weekly, salaried, $65,000 base (internal equity).

Essential Functions
Provide quality customer interface, proactive customer management, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers.
Partner with Sales staff on customer calls for new business and increased customer satisfaction.
Manage running costs and maintenance overheads. Ensure policy and processes are followed to optimize running costs and maintenance.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure accurate PM scheduling and follow up, breakdowns and vehicle status updates; oversee Technician work planning for efficiency, training, and flexibility.
Additional Responsibilities
Relocation within the business unit at the conclusion of the training program is required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (required).
1 year or more in customer service with issue resolution experience (preferred).
Strong PC knowledge and skills including spreadsheet and word processing software packages (required).
Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls and metrics (required).
Compensation Information The compensation offered may be influenced by a variety of factors. The position is eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on level and/or type.
