Job Description : Championing Patient-Centered Nursing As a Registered Nurse, you will oversee the delivery of
skilled nursing care
and coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure adherence to our rigorous standards. You will play a key role in imple- menting and supervising patient care plans while driving quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities : Providing Compassionate and Expert Care Personalized Care:
Deliver skilled nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and cardiac/respiratory support. Care Coordination:
Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans. Patient Advocacy:
Build trust with patients and their families through clear communication and emotional support. Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all agency and regulatory standards. Supervision and Training:
Guide and mentor LPNs and Home Health Aides to ensure the highest quality of care. Candidate Profile : A Compassionate and Skilled Professional We’re looking for a Registered Nurse who brings: Credentials:
Current RN license in Virginia with experience in public health, home health care, or hospital settings. Clinical Experience:
At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience, preferably in skilled care or private duty. Leadership and Independence:
Confidence in managing care plans and working autono- mously in a home setting. Empathy and Communication:
Strong ability to connect with patients and families while maintaining professionalism. Physical Capabilities:
