Qualifications: Current LPN license in Virginia, with graduation from an accredited nursing program. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in home health care, skilled care, or a related field. Transportation: Reliable transportation, a valid Virginia driver’s license, and car insurance. Clinical Skills: Familiarity with home health equipment and patient care documentation. Empathy and Adaptability: A compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to adapt to individual needs.
