Evening IT Help Desk Specialist (2nd Shift)

A staffing agency is seeking a Help Desk professional to support end users with various IT issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and at least 6 months of experience in customer service or IT troubleshooting. Responsibilities include providing technical support, identifying issues, and assisting citizens with access to applications.
