Bell Pharmacy Specialty Therapeutics is seeking a Community Pharmacist to join our growing independent pharmacy team. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who values patient relationships, thoughtful care, and professional growth beyond traditional retail settings.
About Bell Pharmacy Specialty Therapeutics Founded in 2023, Bell Pharmacy Specialty Therapeutics is a network of independently owned, community-based pharmacies serving underserved and high-need patient populations. Our work spans both retail and specialty pharmacy, with a focus on access to care, provider collaboration, and long‑term community partnerships.

Position Overview This pharmacist will oversee daily pharmacy operations while remaining actively involved in patient care, provider collaboration, and service development. The role offers greater autonomy than traditional retail pharmacy, with the time and flexibility to counsel patients and manage complex cases.
Competitive Salaried position, typically 40–45 hours per week

Prescription dispensing and final verification

Participation in business development and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
Experience in retail or community pharmacy
Patient‑focused approach to care
Willingness to engage in expanded services such as immunizations, PrEP/PEP, compounding, or specialty programs
Preferred Attributes
Interest in leadership and pharmacy ownership
Commitment to community health and access to care
Interest in specialty pharmacy and underserved populations
Education & Licensure
BS Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited program
Active Florida Pharmacist License (required)
