$70 per hour

Overview: Seeking an experienced Pharmacist In Charge to lead operations at a specialty pharmacy associated with a large oncology practice. This pharmacy offers onsite pickup and mail order services and has strong operational and clinical support teams in place.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staff management • Ensure compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards • Coordinate oral and injectable oncology therapies • Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams on patient care plans • Review, verify, and dispense medications according to professional standards • Maintain accurate records for prescriptions, inventory, and compliance • Lead workflow optimization, training, and performance management • Support accreditation efforts including NABP, URAC, ACHC, and NCODA
Requirements: • Active pharmacist licenses in the required states • Pharmacy manager or pharmacist in charge experience • Specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred • Experience with accreditation standards preferred • Bachelor’s or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy • Minimum five years of pharmacist experience
