Child and Family Therapist
Seeking a full‑time Child and Family Therapist to provide assessment, therapy, and crisis intervention for children and caregivers impacted by abuse and trauma in Cotulla, Texas.
Provide individual, group, play, and family therapy, with 65% of time dedicated to direct client contact.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document case records.
Support victims through court processes and provide court testimony.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
Participate in supervision, peer reviews, community events, and staff meetings.
Must have a Master’s degree, licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT), and experience working with children and trauma.
Bi‑lingual preferred. Requires reliable transportation, flexibility, and ability to work in person with travel up to 50% of the year.
Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, retirement, paid time off, continuing education, and flexible hours. Salary range is $55K-$60K, negotiable based on experience.
