Responsibilities
Patient Care
– assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, deliver physical therapy, train patients and caregivers for independence and productivity.
Team Collaboration
– work with peers, make referrals, support interdisciplinary care.
Adaptability
– adapt to patient settings, find joy in the variety of work and settings.
Communication
– teach patients and caregivers skills needed to promote independence.

Qualifications
Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice (or proof of license and eligibility).
Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or related field) and Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, or 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
U.S. equivalent evaluation for Physical Therapy degrees earned outside the U.S.
Salary & Bonus Posted Salary Range:
$42.00–$50.00 per hour .
Bonus:
$10,000.00 sign‑on bonus .
