Work location: 4400 Long Prairie Rd., Flower Mound, TX 75028
Work hours: 32 hours weekly, working days
Requirements
Master's Degree Speech Language Pathology Required or
Other Post‑Baccalaureate degree recognized by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association Required or
SLP – Speech Language Pathology Texas Speech Language Pathology License Upon Hire Required or
SLP‑I – Speech Language Pathology Intern Texas Speech Language Pathology Intern License Upon Hire Required or
SLP – Speech Language Pathology Texas Speech Language Pathology License Upon Hire Preferred and
BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required
Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Problem solving ability
Ability to teach others
Time management skills
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Basic leadership skills
Responsibilities
Performs age‑appropriate patient assessment and establishes plan of care
Performs age‑appropriate patient treatment using therapeutic treatment techniques appropriate to patient age and desire for treatment
Performs treatment procedures that are within the scope of the professional license
Demonstrates professional accountability
Performs appropriate documentation

Participates in strategies to meet business initiatives and unit/team, program, and department specific goals and targets
